We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience at avalanchewear.com. If you need to return an unworn item(s) purchased within 15 days of arrival, please fill out the return form that came in your package and ship the product and form to:

Note: You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you ship the package with a carrier who can provide tracking and insurance. If you choose not to insure the package, you will be liable for lost or damaged product(s).

EXCHANGES
To exchange an order, return the unwanted product to Avalanche following the returns process outlined above. Next, purchase the replacement item anytime at Avalanchewear.com. We will credit you for the original purchase when we receive and process your return.




ORDERING ONLINE
You can order products directly from our web site 24 hours/7 days a week. When placing your order, please make sure you provide your correct billing address for your credit card. If we do not have your credit card billing address your order will be delayed.

SHIPPING
Orders shipped via Standard delivery will arrive within 6 to 10 business days of order date. Orders shipped via Expedited shipping will arrive within 2 to 4 business days of order date. Please note, we do not deliver Saturday-Sunday. If you would like to track your package, please e-mail us at customerservice@avalanchewear.com, subject: tracking, to retrieve tracking information. Please be sure to include your order number.

Alaska & Hawaii: $5.00 will be added to rates listed above.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

International:
